Synopsis

"Fox on the Fairway" by Ken Ludwig

"Fox on the Fairway" by Ken Ludwig is a hilarious comedy play in the tradition of the great English farces of the 1930s and 1940s. It centers around the prestigious annual inter-club tournament between rival golf clubs Quail Valley and Crouching Squirrel. The two club managers are trying to outmaneuver each other in nominating the best players they can find and, to spice things up, have placed a ridiculous bet on the outcome of the tournament.

As the tournament unfolds, the audience is treated to a series of twists and turns that culminate in a final, nail-biting match.

Filled with mistaken identities, slamming doors, and over-the-top romantic shenanigans, it's a furiously paced comedy that recalls the Marx Brothers' classics.
